Middle Georgia State University Campus Activities Board and S.A.S.S hosted a 90’s kickback event for all students on March 13. The event took place in the Student Life Center in the game room from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Students were asked to wear 90’s attire. The game room was decorated with 90’s posters, colorful balloons, and neon colored bean bag chairs. Refreshment was also served for students.
There was an estimate of 30 people in attendance. There was a best-dressed contest for the boys and for the girls. The judges for the contest were the audience. The MC called out each candidate’s name and whoever had the most claps won the contest. The best dressed for the boys was Christopher Trawick who wore a rainbow faded shirt with a navy-blue bandanna. The best dressed for the girls was Victoria Bates who wore black overalls with black tinted shades. Trawick and Bates both won movie tickets. The event had 90’s inspires games such as Connect Four, Jenga, and Hoops.
